Ensure complete material traceability with a bar code scanner at the Hand Additive station.

A bar code reader would be installed at the hand dump station. The reader is a hand-held unit with a holding bracket facility. This allows for a bag to be scanned by hand or a bag to be passed by the reader. The entry of the bar code can be material related or an entry field in the formula parameter section where the mix times are located.
